Damaged Items? Poor Performance?
It Happens!As much as we try to do our best to package your items so they arrive safely, It Happens!
In the event your candles arrive damaged or broken, please contact our office at 603-677-7127 or via email at customerservice@meredithbaycandles.com Please have your order number available. We may ask for photos of the damage in order to file a claim with the carrier. Meredith Bay Candles will replace your damaged items as quickly as possible or offer you a store credit.
Once your claim has been processed, we ask that you carefully dispose of the damaged items and the packaging. If you encounter a candle that is not burning properly, flame goes out on its own or lack or performance, please contact us for a replacement. Keep in mind, soy has a lighter scent throw than a paraffin candle and may not be as strong due to the type of fragrance oil used.
